Fabian Szulanski is a co-founder of The Values Foundation. He is an engineer, a systems, visual and design thinker, a facilitator, and a catalyst.
Currently a student in the Doctoral Program of Leadership and Systemic Innovation at Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires, where he serves in the Department of Innovation in Education, he is also past Director of ITBA's System Dynamics Center. Fabian concurrently serves as an Online Facilitator, in the Master of Science in Management Program for the Metropolitan College of Boston University.

Doug Breitbart
Doug Breitbart is a co-founder of The Values Foundation. He is an attorney, corporate consultant, instructor, facilitator, coach, cultural catalyst, and provocateur at large.
Growing up in New York City, Doug is a graduate of Columbia College and Fordham University School of Law, He has consulted, represented and been principally involved in start-up and early stage ventures. He is also a Certified Instructor of The Living Course, an Adlerian-based weekend workshop devoted to transcendence of personal fears and beliefs; and, he is a Certified Instructor of a parenting workshop called Redirecting Children's Behavior, created by Kathryn J. Kvols, based on the work of Rudolf Dreikurs, M.D.
Doug is a co-founder and Principal of Being in System LLC, a corporate consultancy focused on restoring the "being" parts of humans doing together, and he is a co-founder and Principal of 2BElemental LLC, a corporate consultancy devoted to bringing the ancient Five Elements wisdom, traditions, and practices brought to ground by his partner Tina Gattermann, as applied to realigning and balancing organizations of any scale, in their generative process through work with the elemental environment.
Doug resides in southwest Michigan with his wife of 33 years, and two canine rescues, Huck and Leo.
