George's take: I play the role of Vision Holder at Enlivening Edge. It's a vision of conscious, intentional evolution of people, organizations, and social systems. Pulled by a future, where all institutions are designed for supporting people to become their best, and inspired by Frederic Laloux’s "Reinventing Organizations," with my friends we're growing EE into a synergistic hub for next-stage organizations. I contribute to that by energizing additional roles, such as Lead Link, Newsletter Editor, Ecosystem Partner Coordinator, Movement Building, and Evolutionary Context Link.
Our take: In the hands of the pilot team, and eventually the whole population of the organization, the value of George and his Organization's insights and Teal work is to inspire and help catalyze enterprise transformation through thought leadership, facilitation, education and training services; and via these interventions, to assist prioritization of organizational self-awareness and human-centered evolutionary development.
