IBM Transformation Group

Their take: IBM's Business Transformation group is a subset of our Strategy and Analytics group. This group was created to help spread awareness of the consulting services and thought leadership we provide to not only help companies transform, but also to make sure employees adopt the transformation changes and champion the types of behaviors that will make it stick.
Our take:  In the hands of the pilot team and eventually, the whole population of the organization, the value of IBM's services and technologies is to provide and enable enhancement of communication, participation and exchange by and between all, and empowerment of all as a result.
