June's take: How do we build connected communities that create, and take advantage of, opportunities in their region or marketplace? How does success emerge from the complex interactions within communities? By building sustainable communities through improving their connectivity – internally and externally – using network ties to create economic opportunities. Improved connectivity is created through an iterative process of knowing the network and knitting the network.
Our take:  In the hands of the pilot team and eventually, the whole population of the organization, the value of June's tools and practices enable and enhance the sensemaking-understanding-consensus building process in service to improving participation and exchange by and between all, and empowerment of all as a result. ​
